Just a note from one of your customers to let you know how satisfied I am of the recent installations of two Trane AC units at my home. The installation met my expectations, and I’d like to comment the following employees: Thomas (sales), Edward, Tell, and Raul; they all did a spectacular job.

Thomas was the first person from your company that I  met. HE was very professional, and he was dedicated to not only sell the best AC units that met my need, but to also determine how to fix problems that we had been facing for years. He also worked hard to get the installation done promptly.

On the day of installation, I was amazed. Edward and Raul (and then Tell) came on time, and they were all incredibly professional. I’ve dealt with numerous installers/repair persons, and I have to say, they top the list. They were courteous and informative, and they were creative in dealing with problems in installation. After the work was done, I was really amazed at how quickly they got the job done, and the quality of the work itself.

It is truly unique to encounter an installation such as this, and I just wanted to commend these guys. They are a great asset to your company.

Early Monday, August 29, 2011, the compressor failed in the Trane that BH&C installed in 2003.

Due to the season and being a realist, I anticipated a service appointment being scheduled at least several days later with repairs perhaps a week later if I was lucky. Not so! Armondo was back in touch by 7:30am and Clifton was at my home in Tow late Tuesday. A compressor was located in San Antonio Wednesday morning and Clifton had my AC unit back in service by 5:30 pm Wednesday, August 31, 2011.

I especially thank ARMONDO and CLIFTON for their outstanding efforts. The dedication and professionalism of all BH&C staff over the past years has made BH&C service a rare find in the business world.
